Claude Code rotates its refresh tokens. toa saves the latest tokens before every switch, so saved accounts keep working.
Double-click toa.exe and press Enter. No administrator rights, no developer tools, nothing else to download.
Only the account record changes; every other Claude Code setting is kept. Files are written atomically, and the original login is backed up on first use.
toa talks to no server of its own. It copies local files and runs the official claude auth commands.
toa follows your system language. Switch at any time with toa lang en or toa lang vi.
Download toa.exe and double-click it. If Windows shows "Windows protected your PC", click More info, then Run anyway.
Press Enter to install. toa then opens your browser so you can sign in to each Claude account you use.
Open Toa from the Start menu and type the number of the account you want. Prefer the terminal? Run toa.

One command downloads toa, verifies its SHA-256 checksum and installs it. Nothing is installed if the check fails.

Yes. Windows shows it for any program that is not code-signed. Click More info, then Run anyway. You can verify the file against the published SHA-256 checksums.
toa needs no administrator rights and only changes files in your own user folders. It never sends your logins anywhere: it copies local files and runs the official Claude Code sign-in. The source code is public on GitHub.
Start a new Claude Code session, or run Developer: Reload Window in VS Code. Sessions that are already running keep the previous account until then.
In the .toa folder in your user profile, protected the same way as Claude Code's own login file.
Not yet. macOS keeps Claude Code tokens in the Keychain, which toa does not support.
Open Settings > Apps, find Toa and click Uninstall, like any other app. Your saved accounts stay until you delete the .toa folder.
